Solbraze Autoflame System |
|
|
|
The Solbraze Autoflame System allows for easy adjustment of flame
heating once the direction and intensity of the flames has been set.
Electrical solenoids are used to control the heating cycle and these
may be controlled using timers or PLC's. Each batch of work will
therefore receive the same amount of heat. The heart of the Autoflame system is the gas/air
mixer unit and with the range of high intensity, ribbon, surface mix
and blast burners available a wide variety of soldering and brazing
applications can be readily handled by the user. Compressed air is used
with many different gases - Natural Gas, Propane, Acetylene etc. and
the system can be enriched with oxygen. The Autoflame system gives the
freedom to solder or braze using the most adaptable equipment on the
market today.
The mixing system can be housed in a floor standing framework with work
top fitted with a trolley loading system for batch production. For
continuous production the mixing system is used with rotary and
indexing tables or conveyors. The solder or brazing alloy is preplaced
as rings fed as wire or dispenses as paste - all also available from
Solbraze.
Solbraze has a fully equipped laboratory containing its full product
range for sample testing and evaluation. Please visit us, or send
