Solbraze Induction Heaters are manufactured in 4 popular sizes, 2, 4, 8 and 12kW output powers. Other sizes are made to special order but in our experience these 4 models cover the most economical and cost effective range required for Soldering and Brazing applications.

The heaters are provided with load matching controls so that the most efficient use of electrical power is obtained - process timing and power selection facilities also included make each heater suitable for a wide range of applications. They can be supplied with special workcoils or changeover switches for 2 station working. Every attention has been paid to the health and safety of the operator and only low, safe voltages appear on the workcoils fitted.

As water cooled valves are used in the 4, 5 and 12 kW heaters, a water cooling plant can be supplied to maintain controlled temperatures. Solbraze manufacture a range of these units, which may stand adjacent to the induction heater so removing the necessity for a mains water supply and drain. This also means the installation can be located at any suitable position on the factory floor.
