Solbraze Ltd, a pioneer in the development of ultrasonics with soldering, has launched new variants of its succesful Solsonic Ultrasonic Soldering Iron. The new variants will have variable ultrasonic frequencies to further enhance their capabilities as soldering irons. We have also produced high wattage units for larger applications.
Solbraze Ltd has been producing Ultrasonic Soldering Irons of the highest quality for many years. Our Solsonic Iron is the result of over 20 years Research and Development and we are continually updating and refining the design. We are pleased to now announce that we are producing a two frequency and three frequency variant of the popular design. This will allow us to utilise the technology on more materials, bringing fluxless soldering of previously unsolderable materials to more people. The higher frequencies will allow the irons to be used on much more delicate materials, such as fine wires. It will also allow for a deeper clean of the surface material prior to tinning with out the risk of damaging the material. It is a very exciting development and once again shows that Solbraze Ltd is leading the world in the design of ultrasonic soldering irons.
We will also offer this technology in our comprehensive range of Ultrasonic Solder pot set-ups that are also proving very successful.
We have just launched an addition to the range of ultrasonic irons, by offering a variant of our Vicsol 500W iron with ultrasonic generators built in. This unit will allow the ultrasonics to be used on large items, such as sheets of aluminium of large neon signing. The advantages of fluxless soldering to aluminium can now be used on even more materials!
